What causes this issue?

You want to delete object (&V2& &V1&). This is not possible because the
object is being used in another object (group, report ... ).

System Response

The object is not deleted.

How to fix this error?

If you still want to delete the object, you first have to determine and
remove all uses (Extras -> Group use).
If you want to remove a group from the current hierarchy (without
deleting the group itself), you should choose "Remove".
