What causes this issue?

If a request to print a stored print list exists, request data is
stored in table OAPRI. It is evaluated when the print request is
executed.
If there are no requests there, the print request cannot be executed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
