  • What causes this issue?

You have changed the storage location or the batch number for a line
    item in the delivery document.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    System Response

The appendix quantities are now reset to zero and the system attempts
to redetermine the appropriate conversion defaults for this new
combination of plant / storage location / batch number.

    How to fix this error?

    Procedure for System Administrators

If you have entered parameters manually and performed the quantity
conversion calculation before changing the storage location or batch
number, these parameters and resulting quantities will also be reset.
If no defaults are present in the system for this plant at all, you may
have to enter these now. This might be neccessary since the conversion
mode can be different for the new storage location. If the new storage
location has the conversion mode set to "background", the system
requires at least one set of default parameters for the delivery plant.
