    What causes this issue?

    The &RELTXT& recalculates the values from the info structure &V1&. In
    this case the results of all value fields was zero and therefore the
    summary record created in &DELTXT& is no longer necessary. The summary
    record of this key combination will be recreate again during &DELTXT&
    if the key combination should be archived again.
    The update was attempted with the following key (only a part):
    &V3& &V4&

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
