  • What causes this issue?

You have maintained the delivery phases of the allocation table item for
material &V1&, which is a logistical material of category &V4& and is to
    be delivered to various stores.
Material &V1& is either not listed (sales material) or the source list
for this material does not include a valid entry for some of the plants
(procurement material) on some of the delivery dates.

    System Response

The system has checked whether the material can be delivered to the
various stores on the delivery dates specified in the allocation table.
If the material cannot be delivered to a store on a specific date, the
delivery date for this store is removed, and the quantity of this
delivery is added to the next possible delivery date.
If the material is a procurement material (category P), the system has
checked the source list for the material and removed any dates on which
delivery of the material is not possible. A valid source list entry (DC
? Store assignment) could not be found for some of the delivery dates
    specified as delivery phases.
If the material is a sales material (category S), the system has checked
the listing conditions for the material and has found that the
distribution center is not listed for these delivery phases. Any
delivery dates to a store for which the material is not listed are
    removed.

    How to fix this error?

Check the plants view for this allocation table item (<LS>Goto </>-->
    <LS>Plants</> --> <LS>Plants in item</>).
The delivery phases and allocated quantities for these dates have
changed automatically for several stores. You can continue processing
the allocation table item as normal.
If you want to change the filtering behavior for these delivery dates,
    do the following:
If the material is a procurement material, check the <LS>DC ? Store</>
assignment by using the <LS>Assign Logistical Products ?Sites and
    Suppliers</> app.
If the material is a sales material, check the material listing by using
    any of the listing applications.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
