    In order to load default values automatically, there must be an active
    changeover package of the type "FILC" in the system. This is currently
    not the case.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Activate a package of the type "FILC" in the <DS:TRAN.EW01>package
    overview</>.
    Start the program again.
