    You want to start converting the tables. The active package is,
    however, not in one of the valid phases:
    <NP>FILL - Loading the control tables
    GENERATION - Generating the conversion programs
    CONVERSION - Conversion
    RECON - Reconciliation</>

    current package is automatically started. Conversion programs cannot
    run in the ANALYZE or POST phase.

    already been completed.
