  • What causes this issue?

    For the given characteristic there is already a value assigned on the
    <ZK>Effectivity </>tab of the current document, and you are trying to
    copy this characteristic with a different value.

    System Response

    As it is possible to maintain multiple values for the characteristics, a
    new record will be created for the new value, and the old record(s) will
    also be kept.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the <ZK>Effectivity</> tab for the new records if you do not want
    to maintain multiple values for the characteristics. Delete the records
    you do not want to use.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
