What causes this issue?

The start of the validity period of the rebate arrangement - and thus of
the conditions - lies in the past. Thus, no purchasing documents that
were entered in the system between the start of the arrangement validity
period and the date the arrangement was created have been taken into
account in the statistics updating for subsequent settlement purposes
because the conditions for end-of-period rebates were not active at the
time of the price determination process.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

If you wish to retain the validity period, you can correct the business
volume figures - adding the missing data - at the time of settlement
accounting, using the function "Business volume comparison".
If the indicator "Subseq. sett. index" is set in the supplier master
record for condition granter &V3& or for the suppliers participating in
the rebate arrangement, you can have the missing statistical data for
end-of-period settlement determined retrospectively by the system and
then have the relevant LIS statistics updated accordingly.
Alternatively, you can bring the validity start date of the arrangement
into line with the date of its creation ($V2&).
