Message text: Proc. batch &1 undeletable as succeeding proc. batches exist for template
The system cannot delete process batch &V1&, as it is linked to a
process batch for which successor process batches already exist.
Background
Process batch &V1& was copied from another process batch. This copying
operation led to the creation of a process batch of the same name, for
which successor process batches were then created.
The system cannot delete the selected process batch.
If you want to delete process batch &V1&, you must first delete all
process batches that were created from the same template after this
process batch was created (sequence can be displayed in the where-used
list).
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

(for batch management) to identify any succeeding process batches that are linked to the batch you are trying to delete.- Review the batch records to understand the dependencies.
Delete Succeeding Batches:
- If it is appropriate to do so, you may need to delete the succeeding process batches first before you can delete the original batch. Ensure that this action does not disrupt your production process.
Change Batch Status:
- If the batch is in a status that prevents deletion (e.g., "Completed" or "In Use"), you may need to change its status to allow for deletion. This can be done through the batch management transactions.
