The system displays an error or warning message, as defined by you in
the customizing table T160M -> <DS:TRAN.OMILL_T160M>Message Control</>.
No further processing is possible if the message is an <ds>error
message</>.
If the message is a <ds>warning</>, further processing is possible, but
there is no guarantee that batch determination will be correct.
