Purchase requisition &V1& &V2& is in internal release. The external
application tries to release the purchase requisition. However, release
by an external system is only allowed for purchase requisitions in
external release.
You cannot release purchase requisition &V1& &V2& externally.
Release the purchase requisition in the SAP S/4HANA system.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
