    To flag a telephone number as SMS-enabled, exactly one of the pager
    services that is defined in Customizing as an SMS service is flagged. If
    this is not the case, short messages cannot be sent to this number and
    the indicator 'SMS-enabled' is of no use.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
