Message text: Existing interval does not match time constraint &1 &2 &3 &4
A time constraint category was defined for the BP relationship/role
definition category definition.
Time constraint '1'
There must be validity intervals for a BP relationship/role definition
on a time axis that continue from a minimum to a maximum date without
gaps or overlap.
Time constraint '2'
The validity intervals for a BP relationship/role definition must not
overlap on a time axis. Gaps between the intervals are permitted.
Time constraint '4' Only one validity interval may exist for a BP
relationship/role definition.
The validity intervals belonging to a BP relationship/role definition do
not fulfill the conditions of their time constraint.
The time constraint category for the BP relationship/role definition
might have been changed at a later time without adjusting the BP
relationships/role definitions, or the BP relationships/role definitions
became this way through data transfer.
Error message
1. Enter the old value for the time constraint category in the BP
relationship/role definition category definition in view V_TBZ9.
2. Change the validity intervals to reflect the new time constraint
category.
3. Change the time constraint category to its new value.

MDGBP011
- Existing interval does not match time constraint &1 &2 &3 &4 ?The SAP error message MDGBP011 indicates that there is a mismatch between the existing interval and the time constraints defined for a particular planning object. This error typically occurs in the context of SAP's Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) or similar planning modules when trying to create or modify planning data.
Cause:
The error message MDGBP011 can be triggered by several factors, including:
Time Interval Mismatch: The time interval you are trying to create or modify does not align with the existing time constraints set in the system. This could be due to incorrect planning periods or time buckets.
Configuration Issues: There may be configuration settings in the planning area or master data that do not match the expected intervals.
Data Integrity Issues: There might be inconsistencies in the data, such as overlapping intervals or gaps that violate the defined constraints.
Planning Object Settings: The settings for the planning object (like the planning version, planning area, etc.) may not be correctly defined.
Solution:
To resolve the MDGBP011 error, you can take the following steps:
Check Time Constraints: Review the time constraints defined for the planning object. Ensure that the intervals you are trying to use match the defined constraints.
Adjust Planning Intervals: If you are trying to create or modify intervals, ensure that they fall within the allowed time frames. You may need to adjust the start and end dates or the duration of the intervals.
Review Configuration: Check the configuration settings for the planning area and ensure that they are set up correctly. This includes reviewing the time bucket settings and ensuring they align with your planning needs.
Data Consistency Check: Perform a data consistency check to identify any overlapping or conflicting intervals. You may need to clean up the data to resolve any inconsistencies.
Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or help resources for specific details on the planning area and time constraints. This can provide insights into how to properly configure and manage your planning intervals.
Seek Help from SAP Support: If the issue persists after checking the above points, consider reaching out to SAP support for further assistance. They can provide more detailed guidance based on your specific system configuration and requirements.
