Message type: E = Error
Message class: MD - Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Message number: 410
Message text: &1: &2 (S6)
This exception message is set in the MRP list if a requirement exists
outwith the effective out date for a part to be discontinued that
cannot covered by planned stock. This may be a planned independent
requirement, a sales order, a manual reservation or a dependent
reservation from production orders, for example, that were created
before the material was flagged to be discontinued. Dependent
requirements of discontinued parts are automatically diverted to the
follow-up material.
In this case, no new order proposal is created in the planning run.
Instead, this exception message is displayed in the MRP list.
Check whether the requirement:
can be changed to a requirement for the follow-up material, or
create an appropriate order proposal manually
