What causes this issue?

You are not allowed to change the update mode for application &V1& from
delta queued to another method, since there are V3 updates in one of
the queues &V2& that have not been processed.

How to fix this error?

Start queue processing via the "Job Control" function in the
Customizing cockpit. You can find an overview of delta updates that
have not been processed yet in the <DS:TRAN.LBWQ>Logistics Queue
Overview</>.
