What causes this issue?

Key figure &V1& already existed in Release Banking 4.62 / CFM 1.0
before key figure version management was introduced (migration case).
The first time the key figure is changed, the system therefore writes
two versions: the original version applies up to the change date &V2&,
and the new version from &V2& (exclusively).
