What causes this issue?

You wanted to display a list of materials. However, this is not
possible for one of the following reasons:
The system has not found any valuated materials corresponding to the
selection criteria.
You have set the <LS>Valuated materials only</> indicator on the
<LS>Materials List</> screen. However, you do not have the
authorization to display accounting or costing data.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
