Message text: Caution: Evaluation structure &1 exists in more than one client!
Evaluation structures are based on several cross-client Report Writer
tables. If an evaluation structure has been transported to several
clients, it will have the same structure everywhere.
With subsequent changes, you must make sure that this same structure
remains the same in all of the clients.
In addition, changes to evaluation structures that exist in several
clients, can cause inconsistencies in the tables.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
To ensure a system-wide consistent state, you must transport changed
evaluation structures to all of the affected clients.
Currently, the evaluation structure &V1& is also available in the
following clients:

- Caution: Evaluation structure &1 exists in more than one client! ?The SAP error message M2570, which states "Caution: Evaluation structure &1 exists in more than one client," typically occurs in the context of Material Management (MM) or related modules when there is an issue with the evaluation structure being used in multiple clients within the SAP system.
Cause:
- Multiple Clients: The error indicates that the evaluation structure (identified by &1) is defined in more than one client. In SAP, clients are separate environments (like development, testing, and production) that can have different configurations and data.
- Configuration Overlap: The evaluation structure is likely intended to be unique to a specific client, but it has been created or copied into multiple clients, leading to confusion or conflicts in data processing.
- Transport Issues: If the evaluation structure was transported from one client to another, it may have inadvertently created duplicates.
Solution:
- Identify the Clients: Use transaction codes like SE11 (Data Dictionary) or SE16 (Data Browser) to check where the evaluation structure is defined. You can look for the structure in the relevant tables (e.g., T006 for units of measure, T006A for units of measure in different clients).
- Delete or Modify Duplicates: If the evaluation structure is not needed in multiple clients, you can delete or modify the duplicate entries. Ensure that you have the necessary authorizations and that you are following your organization's change management procedures.
- Transport Management: If the structure was transported, review the transport requests to ensure that they are correctly configured and that the evaluation structure is only included where necessary.
- Consult Documentation: Check SAP documentation or notes related to the specific evaluation structure to understand its intended use and any implications of having it in multiple clients.
- Contact SAP Support: If the issue persists or if you are unsure about making changes, consider reaching out to SAP support for guidance.
