    <GL:quant>quants</> in <GL:storage_type>storage type</> "&V3&". For
    technical reasons, changing the putaway strategy is only allowed if
    there are no quants in the storage type concerned.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to change the putaway strategy, the entire storage type "
    &V3&" must be cleared, that is, no quants may be stored in the bins.
