What causes this issue?

No personnel number exists in the system for user &V1&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Ask your system administrator to enter a personnel number in the system
for your user.
Your user name will have to be entered in the corresponding subtype
(the default is 0001) of the Communication infotype (0105) for your
personnel number.
