    You have used a distribution function which distributes the specified
    number of hours over the Gregorian calendar (without taking account of
    days off).
    At the same time, you are working with a data entry profile which does
    not allow hours to be recorded on days off.

    The system does not distribute hours which would otherwise be
    distributed on days off according to the distribution function.

    How to fix this error?

    Check your data entry profile or the distribution function. If the
    entry profile determines that hours cannot be entered on days off, you
    should use a distribution function which takes the calendar into
    account.
