    The deletion operation could not be completed as it affected records
    which had already been approved or that were created from approved
    records. The deletion of a record must also be approved in this case.
    The relevant records are therefore only initialized (number of hours
    set to zero) for the subsequent approval procedure.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
