What causes this issue?

The <LS>Overdelivery allowed</> indicator is set.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Depending on how the system is configured, it either issues a warning
or an error message.
If the message is a warning (W), the system allows the entry, but warns
you about entering the wrong thing.
If you confirm the message, the system adopts the quantities and
changes
the quantity in the main item if required (apart from Inventory
Management).
If the message is an error message (E), the system automatically
corrects the quantities so that the requirement quantity is not
exceeded.
