What causes this issue?

A stock transfer posting between storage location &V1& and &V2& is not
possible using movement type &V3&.
There is a stock transfer between two storage locations, which manage
stock in two different warehouse numbers within the <ZK>Warehouse
Management system</> (WMS). <ZK>Handling Unit Management</> is active
for both storage locations.

System Response

The system can only execute a stock transfer for handling units if the
goods issue for the HU is posted first and then the goods receipt.
In the movement type you have selected, the first posting line
represents a goods receipt and the second posting line represents a
goods issue. The system cannot execute this posting.

How to fix this error?

Use movement type 311, for example, instead of 312.
