    Cause:

The error arises when the system attempts to use a storage type that has been configured with a stock placement strategy that does not allow it to function as an interface. This can happen for several reasons, including:

    3. Warehouse Management Settings: The overall settings in the warehouse management module may not align with the requirements for the storage type being used.

    Solution:

      • If the stock placement strategy is not suitable, consider changing it to one that allows the storage type to function as an interface.
      • Ensure that the strategy aligns with the operational requirements of your warehouse.
    3. Consult Documentation:

      • Review SAP documentation or help files related to warehouse management and stock placement strategies to understand the implications of different configurations.
    4. Testing:

      • After making changes, conduct tests to ensure that the storage type can now be used as an interface without triggering the error.
