called, delivery item dependent entries were transferred to table
<AB>IT_DELIT</> for TO creation. This is not possible for inbound
deliveries, which are based on an HU managed storage location.
The system terminates the TO creation.

function module <AB>L_TO_CREATE_MOVE_SU</>.
