uses the unit-of-measure load category as an additional characteristic.
For the storage type, the Customizing table specifies that the UOM load
category is determined based on the storage unit of the transfer order.
The storage unit has no UOM load category assigned to it.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check to see if a unit-of-measure load category is required. If this is
the case, assign it to the corresponding storage unit.
