  • What causes this issue?

When calculating the planned processing time in the TO item, the system

uses these operations and additional characteristics to determine
planned processing time parameters that can be used in formulas for
    calculating the planned processing time.
The system was unable to find workload parameters for the
    characteristics defined.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

If you have not intentionally specified workload parameters for the
characteristics defined, no activities are necessary.
If you want to determine workload parameters for the characteristics
defined, you need to maintain the corresponding Customizing table.

  • What is the cause and solution for SAP error message L3469 - No workload parameters were found for WhsNr/SType/UM Type/LogGrp & & & & ?

The SAP error message L3469 indicates that the system could not find any workload parameters for the specified Warehouse Number (WhsNr), Storage Type (SType), Unit of Measure Type (UM Type), and Log Group (LogGrp). This error typically occurs in the context of Warehouse Management (WM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) when the system is trying to process a task or transaction that requires specific workload parameters.

    Cause:

    1. Missing Configuration: The most common cause of this error is that the workload parameters for the specified combination of Warehouse Number, Storage Type, Unit of Measure Type, and Log Group have not been defined in the system.
    2. Incorrect Data Entry: There may be a typo or incorrect entry in the parameters being used, leading the system to search for a non-existent configuration.
    3. Transport Issues: If the configuration was recently transported from another system, it may not have been properly set up in the target system.
    4. Data Inconsistencies: There may be inconsistencies in the master data or configuration that prevent the system from finding the required parameters.

    Solution:

    1. Check Configuration:

      • Go to the configuration settings for Warehouse Management (Transaction code: SPRO).
      • Navigate to the relevant section for defining workload parameters (usually found under Logistics Execution > Warehouse Management > Define Workload Parameters).
      • Ensure that the parameters for the specified Warehouse Number, Storage Type, Unit of Measure Type, and Log Group are correctly defined.
    2. Verify Data Entry:

      • Double-check the input values for WhsNr, SType, UM Type, and LogGrp to ensure they are correct and match the existing configurations.
    3. Transport Validation:

      • If the configuration was recently transported, verify that all necessary objects were included in the transport request and that they were successfully imported into the target system.
    4. Consult Documentation:

      • Review SAP documentation or help resources for any additional requirements or steps that may be necessary for setting up workload parameters.
    5. Testing:

      • After making any changes, test the transaction again to see if the error persists.
