  • What causes this issue?

    When calculating the planned processing time in the TO item, the system
    first determines operations for warehouse processes. The system then
    uses these operations and additional characteristics to determine
    planned processing time parameters that can be used in formulas for
    calculating the planned processing time.
    The system was unable to find workload parameters for the
    characteristics defined.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.


    How to fix this error?

    If you have not intentionally specified workload parameters for the
    characteristics defined, no activities are necessary.
    If you want to determine workload parameters for the characteristics
    defined, you need to maintain the corresponding Customizing table.
