    Starting from a company code, you want to delete the CO transaction
    data in the assigned controlling area. A routine is used for this. The
    routine cannot be performed if one of the following situations occurs:
    In this case, error &V1& was found during the check:
    (1) Before the routine was called, no check was made against the
    transaction data in CO being deleted.
    (2) In the check results, productive company codes are assigned to the
    controlling area.
    (3) Data from external productive company codes are defined in the
    controlling area.
    (4) You are not authorized to run the routine.
    (5) The company code and controlling area are not assigned to each
    other. FI data, however, has been transferred from the affected
    company codes to at least one controlling area.
    (6) The company code and the controlling area are not assigned to each
    other and no FI data from the affected company codes has been
    transferred to CO.
    (7) No CO data exists for the affected company codes (deletion not
    required).
    (8) No CO data exists for the affected company codes in the controlling
    area assigned (deletion not required), but data does exist in at least
    one other controlling area.

    How to fix this error?

    Fulfill the requirements (if deletion is not required) so that you can
    run the routine.
