hierarchy is indicated as such. This is the case if the
"Higher-level cost object" field in the master record of the highest
cost object ID contains "*".
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Check the master record of the highest cost object ID in the cost
object hierarchy.
