What causes this issue?

When copying the report to the report portfolio, a characteristic was
saved for this function. On the list currently displayed, the
characteristic is absent. This means that function cannot be executed.
This occurs because the report data is selected afresh when you call up
the report. When the report was created initially, data existed for the
characteristic, however, there is currently no relevant data.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can continue no further than the previous page in this direction,
however, you can scroll through the report in the other direction as
usual. If you call up the report at a later date and data does exist
for the characteristic, you will be able to execute the function.
