  • What causes this issue?

For summarization, you have to generate a program for each totals
records table that summarizes totals records. The number of progrmas
depends on the type of summarization:
    order summarization: 4 programs
    cost object summarization: 4 programs
    project summarization: 6 programs
For technical reasons, you can only use up to 10 programs
simultaneously. This was exceeded during the summarization run,
because another summarization run was being carried out at the same
    time.
The name of the program has the following structure:
    RKKRnmmm
    n,,consecutive number 0 ... 9
    mmm,,client

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Find out which user is locking these programs. Branch to the
transaction for selecting lock entries and mark the lock entries with:
    Shared table: "TRDIR"
    Lock argument: "RKKR*"
If the lock entries are in the past, they resulted from summarization
runs that terminated. You can delete these lock entries manually.
    Then start summarization again.
If the lock entries are from a summarization run currently being
    carried out, repeat summarization later.
