What causes this issue?

Activity type &v1& in controlling area &v2& has already been created
and has been found on the database.
Activity types can only be created for a single time interval using
BAPI callup, and they may not already exist on the database.

System Response

The system deactivates the current entry in the list of activity types
to be created. The activity type is therefore not created.

How to fix this error?

If you want to create additional time intervals for activity types use
the <DS:TRAN.KA01>standard transactions</> for activity types.
