    In controlling area &v1&, you are not authorized to change cost center
    group &v2&.

    System Response

    You cannot change the hierarchy assignment or the assignment to the
    cost center group.

    How to fix this error?

    When you create or change cost centers or business processes, have your
    authorization checked or enter another cost center group.
    Deleting cost centers or business processes also involves changing the
    assigned cost center group since the cost center has to be removed from
    the cost center group. Therefore have your authorization for changing
    cost center groups checked.
