Message text: Apportionment into different cost elements has been defined
In the detailed information for a
<DS:GLOS.results_analysis_version>results analysis version</>, the
<LS>apportionment into cost elements</> is shown because during
<DS:GLOS.results_analysis>results analysis</> or the calculation of
<DS:GLOS.work_in_process>work in process</> (WIP), the system assigned
the <DS:GLOS.results_analysis_data>results analysis data</> to
different cost elements.
These results analysis cost elements are technical results analysis
cost elements.
The system displays the apportionment to different cost elements.
If you don't require apportionment into different cost elements, you
only need to specify <ZH>one</> <LS>technical results analysis cost
element</>.
If you assign the same cost element to the different cost element
fields, apportionment into cost elements is not necessary. When you
turn off the cost elements with the pushbutton, the system only
displays the one cost element as a <LS>technical results analysis cost
element</>.
Go to <LS>apportionment of cost elements</>:
The apportionment of the cost elements assigns the cost elements used
by <DS:GLOS.WIP_calculation>WIP calculation</> and results analysis to
different statistical cost elements.
You do not actually need this apportionment to be able to transfer
results analysis data to the following components:
Financial Accounting (FI)
Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA)
Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) (if you are using it) during results
analysis
You can enter two results analysis cost elements in each of the results
analysis versions for <LS>Product Cost by Period</> and <LS>Product
Cost by Order</>, while in the results analysis version for <LS>Product
Cost by Sales Order</> you can enter sixteen (16) different results
analysis cost elements.
Note that if you enter different results analysis cost elements in the
results analysis version for Product Cost by Sales Order in the Product
Cost by Period and Product Cost by Order component, you can no longer
enter a technical results analysis cost element. Conversely, if you use
different results analysis cost elements in the Product Cost by Period
or Product Cost by Order component in Product Cost by Sales Order, you
can no longer use a technical results analysis cost element.
