for the project.
If you create a new project using a template, the system also copies
the costing created for the template using Easy Cost Planning.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

To change the controlling area, you must first access Easy Cost
Planning and delete the costings copied.
