    In Profit Center Accounting, the transfer of actual data is locked in
    controlling area &V1& for fiscal year &V2&.

    System Response

    If the message has message type "E", no data is posted in CO and no
    actual data is transferred to Profit Center Accounting.
    If the message has message type "W" or "I", data is posted in CO but no
    actual data is transferred to Profit Center Accounting.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    You can use <DS:TRAN.1KEF>control parameters for actual postings</> to
    remove the lock indicator in Profit Center Accounting. In this way,
    data is updated in CO and in Profit Center Accounting during an active
    online update.
    If you change this error message into a warning message, the data is
    only posted in CO. To do this, use the <DS:TRAN.SM30>View Maintenance
    </> transaction with view V_T100C. Change the message type from "E" to
    "W" for message 783 from work area KM.
