The report RKACHCKI activates a function module which records data on
postings you made in accounting. For this reason, the report provides
the function module with the control record RKACHCKV that contains
specifications on the user and point of activation. A severe error
occurred when the system tried to write this control record to the
cluster database table INDX(QM).

System Response

The report RKACHCKI was terminated, the function module is not
activated.
