  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

No chart of accounts is assigned to controlling area &V1&.

    System Response

You can make postings only when the same chart of accounts is assigned
to both the company code and the controlling area.

    How to fix this error?

Company codes and controlling areas assigned to each other must use the
same chart of accounts. In configuration the chart of accounts is
automatically assigned to the controlling area.
First check whether a chart of accounts is assigned to company code
&V2&. You can do this with the FI configuration functions.
Then, in CO configuration (such as in CCA), maintain controlling area
&V1& so that the chart of accounts is also assigned to controlling area
&V1&. Afterwards, choose the controlling area with F2. The chart of
accounts will be copied from the company code after being entered.
    Remember to save your changes.
