    The order status determines which transactions are allowed for this
    order. You can also enter a locked transaction group in the order that
    locks the order for specific transactions. You can only run a
    transaction for an order if the status permits and if the transaction
    does not belong to the group of locked transactions.

    How to fix this error?

    To perform transaction (&V3&), you must change the status in order &V2&
    so that the transaction &V1& (&V3&) is allowed and the order is not
    locked for this transaction.
