locks the order for specific transactions. You can only run a
transaction for an order if the status permits and if the transaction
does not belong to the group of locked transactions.

To perform transaction (&V3&), you must change the status in order &V2&
so that the transaction &V1& (&V3&) is allowed and the order is not
locked for this transaction.
