What causes this issue?

All the graphic functions are inactive. One possible reason for this is
that the cursor is not positioned correctly. For example, you can only
call up a column graphic if the cursor is positioned on a value
column.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Position the cursor on the row or column you want to display in a
graphic, and then call the graphic function again.
Note that for hierarchy lists, you can only display a graphic for a row.
