What causes this issue?

The distribution profile &V1& contains characteristics in the
distribution level that are also specified in the planning layout.

System Response

The distribution level describes the characteristics to which the plan
data should be distributed. These characteristics cannot also be
planned directly in the layout. For example, if you plan data by
product groups, and then want to distribute this data to individual
products, the product groups appear in the layout, while the
characteristic "Product" is the distribution level.

How to fix this error?

Make sure that no characteristics are in both the planning layout and
the distribution level.
