  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

In segment "&V3&" of cycle "&V2&", characteristic "&V1&" is used to
define the receiver. However, an exception exists that deactivates use
of this characteristic as a segment-level characteristic.
During allocation on the basis of "variable portions", it is possible
that not all of the desired receivers - or indeed no receivers - are
found if the records selected as tracing factors meet the condition for
    the defined exception.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Check the definition of the tracing factor to verify whether the
desired receivers can be found. You may need to change the definition
of the tracing factor or activate the characteristic that is excluded
from use at the segment-level due to an exception.
