What causes this issue?

In the master record, cost center &V2& in controlling area &V1& is
assigned to profit center &V3&. However, due to this drag-and-drop
assignment, you need to assign the cost center to profit center &V4&
(possibly inherited).

System Response

The system makes the drag-and-drop assignment required. It also enters
the new profit center &V4& in the (inactive) master record for cost
center &V2&.
&NOTE&
Note that the profit center assignment is initially only changed in the
inactive master record data. To use this change "productively", you
need to activate cost center &V2&.
You can do this, for example, as follows:
Use the search tool to look for "inactive cost centers", using cost
center &V2&.
Select cost center &V2& in the selection area using the cursor.
Activate the cost center by clicking the corresponding button.
