    How to fix this error?

    You can select inactive objects both in the overview area and also in
    the selection area:
    In standard hierarchy maintenance, in the <ZH>overview area</> (tree
    display) select one or more inactive cost centers, profit centers, or
    business processes.
    In the <ZH>overview area</> in the enterprise organization (tree
    display), select one or more HR organizational units that have inactive
    cost centers assigned to them.
    Check the <ZH>search area</> for cost centers, profit centers, or
    business processes. You can look for <ZH>inactive</> objects, entering
    more selection criteria if required.
    Select one or more objects that are in the cost center, profit center,
    or business area category in the <ZH>selection area</> using the ALV
    grid standard function.
