  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The system was unable to find any entries for postprocessing using the
specified transport request number. This may be due to the
summarization of more than one transport request, or the specification
of an incorrect transport request number.

    System Response

The system does not postprocess the overhead rates.

    How to fix this error?

The RKAZUTR1 report must be started for the transport request that
contains the overhead rates which were transferred during maintenance.
Use the SE10 transaction to determine the correct transport request
number for which the overhead rates were maintained.
You can also use the SE16 transaction to find out the transport
requests for which entries exist in the TKZUTR table. These entries are
processed during manual postprocessing by transport request number.
Before starting the RKAZUTR1 report, it is vital that you check whether
the transport request number determined in this way really was used for
maintaining the overhead rates. If the wrong transport request number
was specified, this could lead to the overhead rates being accidentally
    overwritten by the RKAZUTR1 report.
