    You do not have the authorization to transport subordinate entries from
    all controlling areas.

    How to fix this error?

    If you have maintenance authorization for individual controlling areas,
    you can navigate in the detail screen for the entries that you want to
    transport and include the dependent entries in the order.
    If required, contact your system administrator to change the
    authorization.
    You need the following values for authorization object K_VRGNG:
    KOKRS (Controlling area) &V1&
    CO_VRGNG (Transaction) &V2&
    CO ACTVT (Activity) &V3&.
