    System Response

The combination of characteristic values for the characteristics data
area and value type must be converted 1:1 to a combination of charact-
eristic values of the new fixed characteristics 'Plan/actual indicator'
and 'Version'. Otherwise, when deleting the value type and/ or data
area later, the situation could arise that several data records could
appear with the same key when reloading the data. This would be
    improper.

    How to fix this error?

Please enter a combination of plan / actual indicators and version,
that have not previously been entered.
