How to fix this error?

The following criteria must be met if a material is to be proposed for
reorganization:
1. The corresponding delivery schedule item must have a rejection
reason (this can be changed in the overview screen of the delivery
schedule - tab page 'Reason for rejection').
2. The delivery schedule item must not be linked to any sequenced JIT
calls that have not yet been delivered.
